2026 Pilots

Applied pilots validating Knowla’s behaviour sensing, modelling, and guidance system.

Why pilots

Knowla is being developed through applied pilots rather than isolated product builds.

Each pilot tests the same underlying behaviour engine in different real-world conditions allowing the system to be validated across context, group dynamics, and cognitive load.

The goal is not to optimise individual applications, but to understand how guidance works when behaviour actually matters.

Pilot 1: Coachmind

Focus: Coaching, group dynamics, and performance reflection

Coachmind is an applied pilot exploring how behaviour-aware guidance can support coaches and teams in real training environments.

The pilot focuses on:

  • Behavioural patterns in group settings

  • Reflection and communication under pressure

  • How guidance can support decision-making without interrupting flow

Coachmind is being developed in collaboration with selected academic and sports partners, testing Knowla’s guidance logic in structured, performance-driven contexts.

Partners include applied research and development organisations in sports and education.

Pilot 2: Learning and cognitive skills

Focus: Focus, memory, narrative thinking, and self-reflection

This pilot explores how behaviour-based guidance can support cognitive skills in learning contexts — particularly those related to attention, reflection, and meaning-making.

Rather than content delivery, the pilot tests:

  • How behavioural signals relate to focus and engagement

  • How guidance can support reflection and memory formation

  • How narrative structures can function as a guidance mechanism

The pilot is used to study how guidance works when cognitive load is internal rather than performance-driven.

One system, different conditions

While the pilots operate in different environments, both validate the same core approach:

  • Behaviour is sensed through real interaction

  • Patterns are modelled over time, not assumed upfront

  • Guidance is designed to be situational, usable, and adaptive

These pilots are instruments for building the system — not endpoints.
