About Knowla

Knowla Educational Technologies is a behaviour technology company building systems that turn observed behaviour into practical guidance.

Today, most behaviour-driven technologies stop at measurement or insight. Data is collected, patterns are identified — but the step that actually helps people act differently is missing or poorly designed.

Knowla exists to solve that gap.

The company is developing a core engine that senses behavioural signals, models patterns over time, and guides users through adaptive, situational guidance. The focus is not on motivation or persuasion, but on designing guidance that fits how people actually think, feel, and decide.

Knowla is being built as underlying infrastructure, not a single application — designed to support multiple contexts where behaviour, focus, and decision-making matter.

What we are building

Knowla’s technology is organised around three functions:

  • Sensing behavioural signals from real use and context

  • Modelling dynamic patterns rather than static profiles

Guiding through designed, cognitively usable interventions

In 2026, the system is being validated through applied pilots in learning and performance environments. These pilots are used to test how guidance works in practice, not just whether patterns can be detected.

    Founder & CEO

Milla is a designer and entrepreneur focused on behaviour, learning, and cognitive systems. She has spent over a decade designing and running real-world learning environments, working directly inside classrooms and group settings where focus, emotion, and behaviour continuously interact.

The company emerged from a simple but persistent question: behaviour can be measured, but what actually helps people change in the moment they need it?
